As a consultant at NGC, you will collaborate with a diverse international team on a single, high-impact project, guided by one of our experienced project managers. Tasks will vary depending on the specific client and project workstream.

📋 Basic Requirements
You are a CEMS student or alumnus/alumna
You can work effectively in a virtual team environment and have reliable internet access
You demonstrate a professional mindset and a strong interest in social enterprises or non-profits
You show motivation to learn, along with:

PROJECT I
Imaging Centers Market Landscape: Explore the evolving imaging-center ecosystem across the United States and Asia, with a focus on preventive imaging, full-body scans, longevity services, and specialized screening centers. This project examines emerging business models, customer profiles, technology adoption, and payment structures to identify promising opportunities for licensing PONS technology.

Map key imaging-center segments and emerging preventive and longevity-focused models
Analyze business models, customer profiles, payment structures, and market trends
Assess technology purchasing behavior and key drivers of technology adoption
Identify and prioritize potential licensing targets across the U.S. and Asian markets
Develop strategic insights for PONS technology positioning and licensing
PROJECT II
Funding & Partnership Landscape: Explore European Commission and private-sector funding opportunities to strengthen and diversify Cuida d’Bo’s funding model. This project focuses on identifying relevant grants, existing consortia, and strategic partners while building a structured portfolio of projects aligned with different funding requirements.

Identify and prioritize relevant EU and private-sector funding opportunities
Assess Cuida d’Bo’s eligibility and fit with key funding programmes
Identify existing consortia and strategic partners for EU-funded projects
Explore private-sector funding opportunities, particularly within healthcare
Develop a structured project portfolio while minimizing overlap and double-funding risks
PROJECT III
Corporate Engagement: Explore how CYH can diversify its funding model by building stronger and more sustainable relationships with the corporate sector. This project focuses on understanding corporate needs, positioning CYH’s existing offerings, and testing commercially viable approaches to corporate engagement over the next 18 months.

Community & Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive community and content strategy for TryItalianFood to strengthen brand positioning, increase audience engagement, and build a loyal community. This project focuses on identifying effective communication channels, content formats, and differentiation opportunities while exploring future monetization potential.
