international relations manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The International Relations Manager builds and nurtures the relationships with CEMS Universities (and CEMS Clubs) to promote NGC and to recruit for opportunities with NGC.

MAIN TASKS AND OBJECTIVES

  • Communicating with each university about the upcoming recruiting period and share the promotional materials with them;

  • Connecting with CEMS Clubs to promote NGC projects;

  • Creating promotional materials for each university in collaboration with the Marketing Manager;

  • Align with HR & Business Development on recruiting timelines.

Workload: estimated required time for this position is 3-5 hours - flexible workload allocation beyond the adherence to certain deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a CEMS student or a CEMS alumnus/a;

  • Good attention to detail, a strong communicator, and proactive;

  • Experience in creating promotional materials.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous NGC experience

  • Solid experience in consulting and relations management through relevant jobs/internships or university projects/classes

       


HR manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Manager oversees the recruitment for all opportunities within NGC, and works closely with members of the NGC board to achieve collective goals. 

MAIN TASKS AND OBJECTIVES

  • Manage the recruitment of Consultants and Board members from start to finish;

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to promote recruitment for roles;

  • Align with the Business Development Manager, the Head of PMs, all PMs, the International Relations Manager, and the Marketing Manager on recruiting timelines.

Workload: estimated required time for this position is 3-5 hours - flexible workload allocation beyond the adherence to certain deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a CEMS student or a CEMS alumnus/a;

  • Good attention to detail, a strong communicator, and proactive;

  • Experience in recruitment.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous NGC experience

  • Solid experience in consulting and project management and/or HR experience through relevant jobs/internships or university projects/classes             

       



Project manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager manages several teams and projects and represents NGC to our stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and others.

MAIN TASKS AND OBJECTIVES

  • Manage projects from start to finish by leading a team of Consultants to complete the project as per the scope;

  • Manage 1-2 projects during the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms;

  • Conducts quality control: seeks feedback from the client via online meetings;

  • During projects, meet regularly with the consultant team and assist in developing deliverables;

  • Align with the Head of PMs and the PM team on project expectations and deliverables.

Business Development manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The NGC business development manager is responsible for recruiting clients and projects for NGC. She/he has to make sure that NGC has a variety of sufficient, well-fitting projects to engage in during all three periods (spring, summer, fall).

MAIN TASKS AND OBJECTIVES

  • Connecting with previous clients, asking for actionable feedback to share with the NGC board

  • Uncovering and following up on new client and project leads

  • Actively looking for new clients and business opportunities

  • Defining project scopes for the project teams

  • Participating in monthly virtual board meetings, collaborating with other NGC board members

Workload: estimated required time for this position is 3-5 hours - flexible workload allocation beyond the adherence to certain deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a CEMS student or a CEMS alumnus/a

  • Previous NGC experience

  • Strong interest in consulting and business development

  • Commitment, leadership, communication, proactivity
